We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful breastfeeding center that we can easily get to in Lincoln. BabyWorks is the Boutique that is also located at MilkWorks...oohh lala is all we can say! Their website is also full of information and resources as well. Did you know that Nebraska Medicaid will cover the rental of a breast pump with a prescription from your provider.

We try not to be biased…but this is our favorite brand of breast pump. Be sure to check out your local Target or Wal-mart though as they will most probably be the most cost-effective. And remember that if you have Medicaid they will rent a pump for you so be sure just to ask your provider about it!

It is completely normal to be "sore" when you are first breastfeeding. Pain is NOT normal. If it is painful to nurse your little one, check out this quick video.
